Scenes from the Bitterroot

It's so good to be home, but I must say:
on a scale of 1 to 10 in the way of family vacations,
this was an 11!!

Our home on the Bitterroot River. Tough duty!

Erik and Kelly; our traveling buddies. What fun were these two nearly 16s ...

These are four happy-fishermen as they anticipate the day's catch.
(Don't they look like little boys about to visit Disneyland?)

The same four: tired, hungry, fish-less ...

Who, us?

Grandpa and his shadows.

The decision-making committee ...

Hey ya'all, I'm Kole. I'm two & a half months old now!
< Melinda, I've been telling him all
about Lily. :) >

A family filled with children (old & young), is a
family filled with fun.

Having a cousin-blast at Lake Como (missing
Katie & Kole, Meagan & Ava)

Grandma Chef

No, it's not the Taliban. This fishing fashion
is supposed to shield you from the sun.

Happy Grandma & Kole

Priceless

P.S. Though I'm home now, and though I have at long last got internet, my computer has decided to die on me. That means I have to finish unpacking and settling. I'll be stealing visits to your blogs as soon as I can hijack hubby's computer.

In the meantime, my love to all ...

Oh Kathleen, first of all little Kole is adorable. That smile could melt anyone's heart.

I love the family photos. It looks like you were very comfortable in that kitchen; too cute. Love the fisherman outfit on Terrry. I had to show it to Greg. He loves to fish too.

I know there's unpacking to do. But it will be good for you to get settled in your new place.

Love you,
Debbie

Priceless... simply priceless! My husband posted pictures of Crater Lake on his facebook on his trip down to CA to see his dad. I love the Pacific Northwest! It's full of gems... including family fun.

Happy unpacking!

What a privilege for me to take a few moments and step into your family vacation. It looks like a beautiful, inviting place where you stayed. What a pretty chef you all brought with you:) The little guy's smile simply steals my heart. It certainly was a gift from God to have time for you all to be together. Thank you for sharing the fun pictures.

The "fun" and "lovin'" just jumps off the screen at me. I got a chuckle out of the decision-making committee and the Taliban fishermen...
