May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to You, O Lord. (Ps 19:14)
I know the sound of that quiet, after g-kids leave!
I am sure they are missing being with their granny :)I always hated leaving my Nana and would watch her house until I could no longer seeing when we were pulling away :(Have a blessed Monday
It sure helps to keep the blues at bay knowing your sis is coming soon. Family is wonderful. Enjoy your sister.
Kathleen, Yet they have left behind more treasured memories and taken some with them. Until you meet again, may you savor each and every one!Love and Hugs ~ Kat
Had to chuckle...sounds just like me...love every minute, and then...the Sugar Plum Fairy is out of the building!....
I am very familiar with the quiet that follows the joyful chaos of the grandbabies!
I think the hardest time I have is the night before we leave Arkansas to come home. Eden always hugs me and loves on me a little more that night than others, and tells me how much she loves me. And we always have to sing "You are my sunshine". Then as we drive away I always have to wipe a few tears away. Just grabs at the heart! We will be there this month for 12 days...can't wait! Your granddaughters are beautiful!...nel
Bless your loving heart.
Awww...I know you had such a wonderful time with your grandkids! Hopefully, they'll be back to visit you very soon. :-)
